Clear rules for accounts, study tools, and purchases.
1. The service and these terms
These Terms govern use of the Zenith test-preparation website, study tools, and related account services. “Zenith,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service operated under the Zenith name. Our Privacy Policy separately explains data handling. Review both before registering. If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account or buy a pass. Contact us if you need help understanding a provision.
2. Age, guardian permission, and accounts
You must be at least 13 to register. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If the law where you live requires additional consent or a higher age, you must meet that requirement as well. Under-13 accounts are not offered, even with an ordinary permission checkbox. Do not give a false age or use another person’s identity.
Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify us through Contact about suspected unauthorized access. An account is for the individual learner’s use, not resale or shared commercial access. An adult must authorize purchases made for a minor and must have permission to use the payment method. Guardian permission to use Zenith does not authorize a learner to bind a parent to unrelated contracts.
3. Independent educational practice
Zenith offers original lessons and practice materials, including topic drills and full-length practice forms where listed. These are independent learning tools, not official exam questions or licensed official exam forms unless expressly identified otherwise. Each exam collection describes its available sections and formats. SAT adaptive routing uses practice performance and editor-assigned difficulty; it is not the exam owner’s proprietary scoring or calibration.
Accuracy, progress measures, practice scores, and AI feedback are not official scores, certifications, admissions advice, or guarantees of a score increase, admission, employment, or any other outcome. Content may contain errors and is updated over time. Report suspected mistakes so they can be reviewed. An accommodation or extra-time setting in Zenith does not grant an accommodation on an official test.
4. Summit AI and responsible use
Summit AI is automated software, not a person, licensed professional, examiner, or emergency service. It can provide incorrect explanations, calculations, diagrams, citations, or recommendations. Verify important answers against reliable learning materials. It is a study aid and must not be used to cheat on a live exam or submit work dishonestly. It does not see other tabs or a recording of your screen.
You choose whether to send chat content and use optional voice features. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information, other people’s personal data, or material you lack permission to use. AI processing is subject to applicable provider restrictions. Outputs may be similar to outputs given to others; Zenith does not promise that every AI response is unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights.
5. Free access, previews, and paid passes
Free features, preview features, and account entitlements are described in the product. A free preview ends without automatically charging you. No payment card is required merely to create a free account. Features can have fair-use, rate, content-availability, or plan limits.
If checkout is available, the payment page must show the selected exam or subject, price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, and access period before you pay. Preparation passes are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions, unless a different product is expressly offered with separate agreement to recurring billing. An estimate or starting price is not a completed order. One pass covers the exam or subject identified on the order, rather than every course.
Access is granted after the payment provider confirms payment. Failed, expired, or delayed payments may not activate access. Promotions have their stated conditions. Extensions and any credit for existing access must be shown before purchase. Keep your receipt and contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, missing access, or a billing error. Do not send card numbers through Contact.
6. Refunds and cancellations
You may stop using free services at any time. For a paid pass, request a refund or cancellation through Contact with the order reference and account email. We will review billing errors, duplicate payments, inability to access the purchased service, and any other rights required by law. Any additional product-specific refund offer must be disclosed before purchase.
These Terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove mandatory cancellation, refund, digital-content, chargeback, or consumer rights. Do not assume a particular number of days applies in every location. If a mandatory right depends on an express request to start digital delivery immediately or an additional acknowledgment, that choice must be obtained separately before the relevant purchase or delivery.
7. Content ownership and permission
Zenith and its licensors retain their rights in the application, branding, and materials. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the service for lawful study while your access remains valid. Do not commercially republish our question bank, sell access, bypass restrictions, or use automated collection that harms the service or violates others’ rights. This does not restrict rights the law gives you.
You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You give Zenith permission to host, process, display, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and the features you request. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your private conversations. Do not upload confidential exam items, leaked test content, copyrighted question banks without authorization, or someone else’s private information.
Exam names and marks, including SAT, ACT, AP, PSAT, and other named tests, belong to their owners. References identify preparation topics and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, certification, or official status. Linked videos and resources belong to their creators. Desmos is an external calculator resource, not a Zenith product or an endorsement of Zenith.
8. Acceptable use
Do not access other accounts, attack or probe the service without authorization, evade rate limits or age restrictions, abuse support or AI features, upload malicious material, impersonate others, harass people, or use the platform unlawfully. Do not use Zenith to compromise test security, obtain unreleased exam questions, or violate a school’s academic-integrity rules. Security researchers should contact us before testing beyond ordinary use.
9. External tools and availability
Optional calculators, videos, browser speech services, payment providers, and AI providers have their own terms and privacy practices. A third-party link does not make its operator part of Zenith. Features can depend on browser permissions, network availability, provider limits, or the content available for an exam. We will try to correct problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device.
10. Changes, suspension, and ending access
We may make reasonable changes to the service and may suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a way to contact us about the decision. We will not use a service change to avoid mandatory rights relating to a purchased service.
You can request account closure or data deletion through Contact. A preview or paid pass expiring does not automatically delete your account or practice history. The Privacy Policy explains retention and exceptions. Suspension does not authorize indefinite retention beyond a legitimate need.
11. Disclaimers and limits that the law permits
We provide reasonable care in operating Zenith, but educational and AI content may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent the law permits, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed educational results. You should keep independent copies of work important to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as an unsupported expectation of a particular test score or admission outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected rights. These Terms do not require you to give up non-waivable rights.
12. Questions, disputes, and applicable rights
Contact us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a class action, or impose an exclusive distant court. Governing law, court jurisdiction, limitation periods, and available remedies are determined by applicable law, including mandatory protections where you live. No provision here overrides a right to complain to a regulator or seek a lawful remedy.
13. Updates and contact
The revision date appears at the top. Material changes will receive additional notice and renewed agreement when required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights associated with a completed purchase. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. Contact the Zenith team through the Contact page for questions about these Terms.
